We believe the ability to choose a vacation menu suited to your individual party's taste is unquestionably one of the characteristics of a successful and enjoyable sailing vacation.If you wish, choose from one of our provisioning packages. Select your meals and beverages from our menus; we will pick, pack and deliver everything to your yacht on the first morning of your charter. Also, if you are taking advantage of the Footloose Sleep-Aboard option, we offer a Sundowner-Sunriser package. With Footloose, you're assured of the best in quality, quantity and freshness, all at a great price. Each provisioning package includes a Charter-Starter kit, described below. Charter-Starter Kit Basic to every Footloose provisioning plan, the Charter-Starter Kit includes: Staples: olive oil, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce, vinegar, barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, spices and sugar.Should you choose to expand on these basics, a fully stocked dockside provisioning and beverage store is available at the base. Personalized Split Provisioning Package The easiest way to provision your yacht is our Personalized Split Provisioning package, which lets you order all the food you'll need for the length of your charter. Simply tell us how many days you will be sailing, and how many people will be aboard. Then, choose which menus you would like to serve each day, tailoring your meals to your crew's specific preferences. This customized plan also offers you a choice of entrees that have been prepared in advance, saving you time and effort in the galley. The Personalized Split Provisioning package includes all breakfasts, lunches snacks and a few dinners. For example, on a seven-night charter you choose 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches, 7 snacks and 3 dinners. Sundowner-Sunriser Package If you are doing a Sleep-Aboard option, the provisioning stores may be closed upon your arrival and we therefore highly recommend that you select the Sundowner-Sunriser package. With this option, you will be welcomed with an array of cheese and crackers, wine, beer, soda and bottled water upon your arrival and have everything you need to wake up to a lovely continental breakfast. Easy-on-the-Cook Package A variation on our Personalized Split Provisioning package is our Easy-on-the-Cook package. This menu is designed for those who wish to take a break from cooking evening meals. It offers exactly the same choices as Personalized Split, but with only one dinner, thereby allowing your party to dine ashore. Beverage Selection While your provisioning package will include staple beverages such as coffee, tea and fruit juices, additional beverages are available to purchase separately. Footloose's beverage options include: White, rose/blush and red wines; Champagne and Sparkling wines; Liquors including top-shelf brands of Scotch, Vodka and Cordials, etc.; Name-brand beers, soft drinks and sport drinks; flat and sparkling bottled waters. Please Note: The quantity of food supplied for each meal will be sufficient to feed the number of persons in your party. At times, some items may not be available, therefore, substitutions may be necessary. All provisioning packages must be pre-paid. |
